Our business is about people who need a place to call home and the people of Michaels who make it all happen.   The Pool Monitor is responsible for the welfare and conduct of residents and their guests utilizing the pool, splash pad, restrooms, and adjacent areas, to include the Welcome Center and fitness area. This involves ensuring a clean swim environment, overseeing and monitoring the swimmers, and verifying the eligibility those using the amenity all residents and their guests. This is NOT a lifeguard position. The Pool Monitor must be self-reliant and able to work well with the guests, while enforcing pool rules and providing exceptional customer service. The Pool Monitor will carry out assigned duties in an efficient manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by their supervisor.

Our business is about people who need a place to call home and the people of Michaels who make it all happen.   The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Facility Director and is responsible for the supervision and direction of all personnel assigned to him/her. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition within the area assigned to him/her. He/she will oversee the timeliness of work orders being performed by members under his/her direct supervision. The Maintenance Supervisor will follow up on resident issues stemming from work being performed. He/she will immediately report any accidents or emergency situations to the Facility Director and will prepare the proper documentation of any such event. He/she will work to establish schedules and assign personnel for routine, deferred and emergency maintenance and will continually inspect the property and improvements. He/she will oversee and approve any overtime as necessitated by work load. The Maintenance Supervisor will work with the Facility Director in accordance to policy and procedures in hiring and disciplining employees. He/she will make recommendations for advancement and/or salary increases for employees under his/her direct supervision, counsel staff members and take appropriate disciplinary action where warranted. He/she will adhere to all personnel directives. He/she will perform all other duties as assigned by Facility Director.

Our business is about people who need a place to call home and the people of Michaels who make it all happen.    The painter’s main duties will be painting, carpentry, drywall patching, taping, texturing, caulking, interior & exterior painting and general maintenance. The Painter must also exhibit customer service skills, technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to recognize problems before they happen. A painter must understand this is the resident’s home so in the event, a problem should arise, it must be handled in a professional manner.

This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the property.

Our business is about people who need a place to call home and the people of Michaels who make it all happen.   The Turn Maintenance Inspector will report directly to the Turn Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the supervision and direction of all contractors and personnel assigned to him/her directly related to the task of turning homes to include both inside and outside. The turn will occur when one resident moves out of the home and prior to the new resident moving into the home. The Turn Maintenance Inspector will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition.

This involves ensuring a safe, secure and presentable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Groundskeeper will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested. The Groundskeeper must provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the property.
