Our business is about people who need a place to call home and the people of Michaels who make it all happen.   The Regional Facility Director (RFD) will be responsible for the operations of each maintenance department within his/her grouping of properties. The RFD will report directly to the Vice President. The RFD shall review monthly reports for accuracy to include work order reports and financial information. The RFD will review new hires, contracts, bids, contractors, etc. prior to submission to the Community Director and Vice President. The RFD will be expected to visit each site every 4‐8 weeks. The RFD will support and assist each maintenance department, and review documents and reports as needed.

This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the property.

The turn will occur when one resident moves out of the home and prior to the new resident moving into the home. The Turn Maintenance Inspector will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition.

He/She provides information, resolves any emerging problems, and answers questions with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The CSR remains current on and compliant with policies and laws affecting operations of the property, including the Landlord Tenant code, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable laws. The CSR performs a variety of administrative and office support activities. The CSR will carry out assigned duties in an effective and efficient manner and, in addition to the duties described herein, will also perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

This employee will work closely with leasing, management, the partners, outlying communities, media, and other posts to ensure proper marketing and public relations.
