The Resident Specialist will assist in ensuring that the needs of the inbound family are met with professionalism and courtesy. He/she will also act as the immediate customer service representative, while introducing the family to the community and creating a positive resident and property management relationship.

This involves ensuring a clean swim environment, overseeing and monitoring the swimmers, and verifying the eligibility those using the amenity all residents and their guests. This is NOT a lifeguard position. The Pool Monitor must be self-reliant and able to work well with the guests, while enforcing pool rules and providing exceptional customer service. The Pool Monitor will carry out assigned duties in an efficient manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by their supervisor.

The turn will occur when one resident moves out of the home and prior to the new resident moving into the home. The Turn Maintenance Inspector will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition.

Maintains cleanliness for the interior and exterior of property in order to enhance and maintain the community curb appeal and overall cleanliness. Inside and outside common areas, i.e., pool area, fitness area, trash rooms, hallways, walkways, lobby area, and parking areas could be included in areas of responsibility. Removes litter and debris from grounds. Additionally, focus shall be on vacuuming; washing windows of common areas.
