The Turn Maintenance Inspector will report directly to the Turn Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the supervision and direction of all contractors and personnel assigned to him/her directly related to the task of turning homes to include both inside and outside. The Turn Maintenance Inspector will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition.

The Turn Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling and the quality and control of change of occupancy housing units between residents. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising all employees and contractors directly related to the task of turning homes. The Supervisor schedules all homes in turn, assigns inspectors and contractors, provides contract compliance, assures safety, and provides training procedures. He/she works daily with the Supervisors of the work order technicians in the various areas and works hand-in-hand with the Community Management and Leasing staff to assure homes are received, turned and delivered back in a uniform and acceptable condition ready for occupancy.

The Payroll/HR Systems Coordinator will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll for a portfolio of 300-350 teammates. This would include processing new hire information, terminations, employment verifications, unemployment forms and garnishments. Ensure that all teammates in their portfolio are paid accurately and on time.

The Environmental Technician will report directly to the Environmental Supervisor or designated Supervisor and is responsible for completing inspections, and remediation work and will assist with directing vendors assigned to the job. The Environmental Technician will ensure that all policies and procedures related to environmental work orders are always followed. The Environmental Technician will oversee the timely completion e of work orders related to water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold, lead paint, asbestos or any other environmental hazard work being performed by Maintenance Technicians or by subcontracted services. The Environmental Technician will follow up on resident issues stemming from work being performed. Immediate reporting of accidents or emergency situations to the Environmental Supervisor will be required. The Environmental Technician will perform all other duties as assigned by the Environmental Supervisor.

The Pool Monitor is responsible for the welfare and conduct of residents and their guests utilizing the pool, splash pad, restrooms, and adjacent areas, to include the Welcome Center and fitness area.
