The Transactions Associate will support the student housing/multifamily development team with property analysis, underwriting, and ad hoc financial analysis. The Assistant Community Manager, under the supervision of the Community Manager is responsible for assisting in all phases of the operation of a property, including, but not limited to, the general administration, leasing, and maintenance of the property. The Assistant Community Manager may also participate in budget preparation and control, and direction and control of all resources of the property.

The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Facility Director and is responsible for the supervision and direction of all personnel assigned to him/her. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition within the area assigned to him/her. He/she will oversee the timeliness of work orders being performed by members under his/her direct supervision. The Maintenance Supervisor will follow up on resident issues stemming from work being performed. He/she will immediately report any accidents or emergency situations to the Facility Director and will prepare the proper documentation of any such event. He/she will work to establish schedules and assign personnel for routine, deferred and emergency maintenance and will continually inspect the property and improvements. He/she will oversee and approve any overtime as necessitated by work load. The Maintenance Supervisor will work with the Facility Director in accordance to policy and procedures in hiring and disciplining employees. He/she will make recommendations for advancement and/or salary increases for employees under his/her direct supervision, counsel staff members and take appropriate disciplinary action where warranted. He/she will adhere to all personnel directives. He/she will perform all other duties as assigned by Facility Director. He/she will conduct on the job training across all maintenance related trades. He/she will perform work audits to ensure employees are performing assigned tasks according to prescribed training. He/she will provide follow up training as necessary.

The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager, for the overall maintenance of one or more sites.

The Senior Estimator will be assigned to specific projects and work as a team leader supporting all aspects of the estimating and pre-construction process. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate detailed costs estimates for multi-family construction projects (new and renovations). Responsibilities include providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Community Manager with regards to the progress of temporary relocating current resident from their homes to facilitate that have been rehabbed.
Planning and scheduling moving dates, delivering notices to residents that contain pertinent information regarding the temporary relocation, will work closely with third party moving companies, and will work closely with the construction company.

The CSR remains current on and compliant with policies and laws affecting operations of the property, including the Landlord Tenant code, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable laws. The CSR performs a variety of administrative and office support activities. The CSR will carry out assigned duties in an effective and efficient manner and, in addition to the duties described herein, will also perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
