Inspections of homes with a detailed report will be required at times. This will include verifying there is no presence of suspect microbial growth, lead based paint hazards, asbestos hazards, or an environment that could lead to any environmental issues. Periodic inspections of each project’s current Site Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP) and processes for treating environmental concerns per each project’s EMP. This position will assist the RVP and RVP of Facilities to create a functional environmental training program for all employees to keep with new standards, improved processes, and new hire introduction to processes. At times the O&M Coordinator will be asked to meet with residents or representatives of Military Leadership to inspect, inform, discuss, and review reports or inspections.

The Project Accountant will be responsible for all the day-to-day management of multifamily and student housing development projects during pre-development and during construction. This person will be responsible for producing monthly budgeted-to-actual reports during pre-development and construction. Managing consultant(s) and vendor(s) invoicing to ensure amounts invoiced are in alignment with the contracted scope and deliverables/services produced for that specific billing period. This person will also assemble and audit all invoices for monthly construction draws.
