The Leasing Specialist is responsible for various sales and marketing projects and for ensuring that all policies related to branding, leasing and marketing are fulfilled in accordance with policies and procedures outlines by management. The Leasing Specialist will assist in ensuring there is consistency at the site and adhere to the best practices. This employee will work closely with leasing, management, the partners, outlying communities, media, and other posts to ensure proper marketing and public relations.

He/She provides information, resolves any emerging problems, and answers questions with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The CSR remains current on and compliant with policies and laws affecting operations of the property, including the Landlord Tenant code, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable laws. The CSR performs a variety of administrative and office support activities. The CSR will carry out assigned duties in an effective and efficient manner and, in addition to the duties described herein, will also perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

This involves ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Building Services Representative will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Community Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Housekeeping Supervisor if applicable. The Building Services Representative must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and servicing the property.   The work hours for this position are 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday.
