The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. Participates in the design control of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases. Provides direction to lower-level interior designers. The Mechanical Engineer will provide detailed mechanical engineering with experience in multi-family planning/design. Must be self-motivated and efficient in performing all technical functions associated with Mechanical design including load calculations, layout, sizing and system integration. Expertise in Plumbing Engineering is preferred and Engineering licensure is required.
