The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the property.

On a daily basis, the recertification specialist may be conducting interviews, processing paperwork, interacting with various vendors and agencies, and at the same time, assisting with several administrative and leasing tasks required to keep the rental office running smoothly. The Recertification Specialist must be able to multi-task well, all within specific time constraints.
