Michaels is looking for and Owner Representation/Construction Management Interns who are ready to apply their course-work to a real-world experience! The interns will assist the Construction department with a wide-range of responsibilities during our program. The internship will appeal to proactive and self-motivated students with a genuine desire to learn about the real estate business and industry. During the program, they will work on real projects and have real responsibilities. Michaels aims to help candidates build strengths, gain skills that can be transferred to any workplace, and stand out from the crowd!

Highlights of the Internship include:
During this internship you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments within Urban Practice, our architecture and owner representation group. This will include project administration and management. The Owner Representation/Construction Management Co-ops will be involved with the varied project administration management responsibilities of an owner representative/construction manager, including, but not limited to: third party contracting, architecture and engineering design review, construction pricing review, municipal, governmental and public utility review and approval, construction oversight, and project reporting.
