The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for creating and analyzing complex data sets to provide insight and support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Business Intelligence Manager works closely with the Executive Vice President to gather business requirements, develop analytical solutions, and present actionable insight in regard to day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, proficiency in BI tools, and excellent communication/presentation skills.
Please note, this role can have flexibility in being based out of any of our military locations and/or corporate office.
Required Experience:
● 2+ years experience in data collection and trend analysis, a similar role or the equivalent thereof, is highly preferred.
Required Education/Training:
• Preferred minimum baccalaureate degree from a reputable college or university with a major in economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting or similar
● Demonstrated proficiency with data-analysis related tools; e.g., Microsoft Excel
● Experience with financial software and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; experience with CoStar, SalesForce, Tableau, Real Estate Information Services (REIS) highly desirable
Required Skills and Abilities:
● Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
● Excellent presentation and communication skills
● Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a keen attention to detail
● Precision in data collection, entry, and analysis to ensure accurate results.
Working Conditions:
● Must have ability to work non-standard hours
