Assist the property marketing and leasing program. The Leasing Coordinator for assisting with various sales and marketing projects and for ensuring that all policies related to branding, leasing and marketing are fulfilled in accordance with policies and procedures outlines by management. The Leasing Coordinator will assist in ensuring that there is consistency at the site and that all team members adhere to the best practices.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with the assigning of rooms, matching roommates, and working to minimize changes
2. Ensure site compliance with national leasing, branding, programs and marketing goals outlined in the annual marketing plan.
3. Complete and submit accurate reports in a timely manner as required.
4. Develop and distribute leasing and marketing collateral, flyers, etc. Submit PRFs and ensure accuracy on all printed material
5. Attend and participate in leasing and marketing calls/meetings.
6. Assist the team in the preparation and accurate maintenance of all leasing paperwork.
7. Conduct audits as needed to ensure completion of all files and that this information is accurately represented in Entrata (or other software).

Qualifications

Required Experience: Prior Leasing experience preferred. Great organizational sand time management kills. High degree of proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Entrata experience preferred.

Required Education/Training: College degree and prior student housing, real estate or hospitality experience preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and lead a group.

Working Conditions: There may be times when long hours a necessary to support the property (Turn period for example). Should be able and willing to work with team to arrange for on-call coverage to service residents as needed for afterhours emergencies. May be required to, sit, walk or stand for lengthy periods of time.

 

Salary Range Information:

 

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$24.00-$26.00 per hour
